OUR BOARD MEMBERS
Dr. Zuhair Hamed Fayez — Founder & Chairman
A visionary leader, academic, and pioneer in Saudi Arabia’s A&E industry, Dr. Fayez founded ZFP in 1975 and transformed it into one of the region’s most respected consultancies. Under his leadership, ZFP became the first A&E firm in the Middle East to achieve ISO 9001 and TickIT certifications. He holds advanced degrees in Architecture and Urban Design, including a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan. Beyond ZFP, Dr. Fayez contributes to national and international education, serving on the boards of Dar Al-Hekma University, Dar Al-Fikr Schools, and the University of Colorado. His lifelong belief that architecture is both a social and cultural responsibility continues to inspire ZFP’s mission of building a better future.
Abdullah Al-Saady — Vice Chairman
With more than 40 years of experience in civil engineering and executive leadership, Mr. Al-Saady has been central to ZFP’s expansion and reputation for quality. Since joining in 1976, he has held senior roles including Director General and Executive Vice President, overseeing structural engineering, corporate operations, and financial management. He led the firm’s Quality Council, steering ZFP to become the first A&E/IT consultancy in the Middle East to secure ISO certification. Mr. Al-Saady’s steady leadership and technical expertise continue to shape ZFP’s growth and commitment to client excellence.
Eng. Bandar Al-Saady — Chief Executive Officer
Appointed CEO in 2023, Eng. Bandar Al-Saady brings over 20 years of engineering, project management, and executive experience across public and private sectors. A graduate of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, he began his career at ZFP before joining Saudi Aramco, where he managed high-value projects including the Jazan Refinery and Jazan Economic City. Returning to ZFP, he advanced from Assistant Director of the Western Region Projects Department to COO, and now CEO. With a focus on innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth, Eng. Bandar is driving ZFP’s vision for the next generation of industry leadership.
